The Mississippi State Board of Cosmetology (the “Board”) is responsible for licensing and regulating the profession of Cosmetology in the State of Mississippi. The Board has contracted with Professional Credential Services (“PCS”) to provide administrative examination services. The Board, through PCS, will exclusively use the
National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology (“NIC”) examinations. The Board will have the final authority to approve the issuance of a license.
