Application for renewal of licenses which are not accompanied by the provided renewal form are assessed a fee for lost renewal form.
The assessed fee is $10. A substitute renewal form may be found under Applications and Forms on our website at www.msbc.ms.gov
MS PRACTITIONER LICENSE ONLINE RENEWAL
MS State Board of Cosmetology is pleased to announce that practitioner licenses can now be renewed online. By including an electronic payment option for licensure, we increase efficiency, reduce costs, and provide an overall better experience for our licensed professionals.
Once a renewal is successfully processed, licensees will receive an email confirmation of payment that may be used as proof of licensure until the paper license is received.

No Cash PaymentsEffective July 1, 2017, MS State Board of Cosmetology will no longer accept cash payments.
The payment options are check or money order.
